Pelvic Floor & Vascular Training
Strengthen the foundation.
A strong pelvic floor and healthy blood flow are the foundation of a good erection. With electromagnetic stimulation and professional vacuum pump therapy, we train both systems without medication.
The foundation of your erection.
The pelvic floor is more than a muscle group. It is the mechanism that maintains an erection, regulates urine flow and plays a role in orgasm. Weakening affects everything.
Erectile quality
The pelvic floor muscles clamp blood supply during an erection. If weakened, blood leaks away too quickly.
Continence
Post-void dribbling, urgency or mild stress incontinence often relate to the pelvic floor. Strengthening helps both.
After prostate surgery
After a prostatectomy, the pelvic floor is weakened. Targeted training accelerates recovery of both continence and erectile function.
Connection with the prostate
Pelvic floor tension and prostate conditions reinforce each other. A relaxed, strong pelvic floor also supports prostate recovery.
Two therapies, one goal.
Pelvic floor training and vascular training complement each other. One strengthens the muscles, the other trains the vascular system.
Electromagnetic chair (3 Tesla)
You sit fully clothed on a chair with a powerful electromagnetic field. The pulses penetrate deep pelvic floor muscles and stimulate thousands of muscle contractions per session. Comparable to pelvic floor physiotherapy, but many times more intensive.
Professional vacuum pump therapy
A fully automatic medical vacuum pump draws blood and lymph fluid to the penis in controlled cycles. This trains the vascular system and restores the 'muscle memory' of the erectile mechanism.
What to expect.
Both treatments are painless and require no preparation. They are often combined with shockwave therapy in the same session.
When is this treatment suitable?
Pelvic floor and vascular training is relevant for a wide range of men. From prevention to post-operative recovery.
Erection doesn't last PELVIC FLOOR
You can get an erection, but it disappears too quickly. This often points to weakened pelvic floor muscles.
After prostate surgery REHABILITATION
After a prostatectomy, the pelvic floor is weakened. Targeted training accelerates recovery.
Mild urinary leakage CONTINENCE
Post-void dribbling or mild stress incontinence. Pelvic floor strengthening is the first step.
